This feature has been specially developed by F & K Delvotec to record the bonding parameters in accordance with your requirements and feeds them into your QS system.
The patented BPC (bond process control) system by F & K Delvotec provides valuable feedback for monitoring and regulation and continuous optimisation. Even the slightest deviation from your production norms is identified.
Special indexing systems for customer products
F & K Delvotec provides you with width-adjustable index systems with fully automatic clamping fixtures which we develop and manufacture for you specially on the basis of product drawings or process analyses. This enables fast production with high throughput. Of course standard indexing systems can also be integrated without difficulty.
