F & K Delvotec has gathered over 30 years of expertise in all aspects of wire bonding. We are justifiably proud of being the first company in all Europe to manufacture a fully automatic bonder.
Nevertheless, once technological leadership has been achieved much effort must be devoted to retaining it. Consistent, continuous development of our innovative product range to this aim, ensures that our customers, too, can maintain their technological lead.
New technologies integrated continuously
F & K Delvotec offers technology 'Made in Germany'. To comply with the image behind that label we invest a great deal in integrating the latest processes. A good example is the company Physiktechnik where we purchased additional technology carriers and enriched our know-how. Core technologies such as transducers and digital ultrasonic generators are developed exclusively in-house enabling a single integrated source.
