Dr. Farhad Farassat

1973: graduates with an MA in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Munich.
Design Engineer and Head of R&D at what would later become F & K Delvotec Bondtechnik GmbH.
December 1992: Management buy-out and subsequent appointment as President of F & K Delvotec Bondtechnik GmbH.
1997: receives doctorate from the Technical University of Berlin.
2001: receives the prestigious award of "Entrepreneur of the Year" in Germany.
As well as general management, responsible for Sales and Marketing, supported by Philip Homami, Sales and Marketing Manager Europe, and Dr. Josef Sedlmair, Coordinator Sales International.

Said Kazemi

1975: graduates in Electrical Engineering at the Technical University of Munich.
1981: works as an engineer in R&D at what would later become F & K Delvotec Bondtechnik GmbH, specialising in the design and development of machine controls and machine software.
Software Group Manager
After the management buy-out in 1992, appointment as Assistant President and Technical Manager of F & K Delvotec Bondtechnik GmbH.
1996: moves to California to support F & K Delvotec's North American operations.
