For easier and faster processing of your returns or repairs, we have introduced the RMA (Return Material Authorisation). Your returns and/or repairs are clearly assigned and efficiently processed through this process.

You fill out the RMA form completely and thus send us all the important details about your goods return.

This is how simple your RMA case is:

• Please send the completely filled out RMA form to service@de.fkdelvotec.com
• We will immediately send you your RMA number by email.
• This is your authorisation to return the requested item to us.

Attention: The RMA number is only valid for the requested item.

• The RMA number is valid for a maximum of 2 months from the date of notification.
• Please pack the item carefully, write your RMA number legibly on the outside of the package and send it to the following address:

• As soon as we receive your shipment, it will be processed by computer.
