We support our customers with training courses on all aspects of wire bonding and the operation of our machines.
With our bonding experts, service technicians and process managers, you are in the best hands.
They draw on many years of experience from the semiconductor industry, automotive industry and other highly innovative electronics industries.
The training modules always take place under optimal conditions in the specially equipped premises of F & K DELVOTEC in the Strama-MPS building in Straubing.
On request, the training can also be carried out on your machines on site.
BASIC-TRAINING (1 day)
This module teaches basic practical skills that enable the user to keep the machine in operation.

Target group
- Bond beginners without previous knowledge
- Max. 5 participants
Goal
- Operation of the bonder during production
Content
- Introduction to the safety features of the machine
- Setting up the machine
- Bonding in production
- Camera system and PRU
- Optional: function of the transport system (+ 1 day)
ENGINEER-TRAINING (2 days)
This module provides advanced, theoretical and practical skills. These enable the user to understand the machine and create an automatic bonding programme, as well as handle bonding programmes and process adjustments.

- Setters and process managers
- Max. 3 participants
Goal
- Set-up and adjustment of a new product on the bonder
- Optimisation and problem solving in the running production
Content
- Machine set-up and in-depth knowledge of machine components
- Machine calibration and parameter optimisation
- In-depth knowledge of bonding, theory and practice
- Camera system and image recognition
- Optional: Indexer, LWM, IHPT (+ 1 Tag)
RECONDITIONING (3 days)
In this module, participants are taught the skills that enable you to get the machine back into operation in the event of a malfunction.
